For new padel players just starting, or those who may struggle with the fundamentals, such as forehand or backhand technique and consistency. Coaching involves steadily introducing players to the game and making new friends.

Weekly Padel Drills are ideal for newcomers to Padel or players who are keen to develop their game in an informal and sociable community.
Power up your Padel game with similar level Padel players at our Weekly Padel Drill sessions. Each Drill session is for a maximum of 6 players per court.
Park Sports works with self-employed, highly experienced and professional LTA qualified coaches who deliver all Adult Weekly Padel Drills.

Michael is a self-employed Padel coach at Park Sports The Regent's Park. Michael has been a professional coach for 20 years with extensive international experience having coached in South Africa, Australia, Ireland, Israel and the UK. He is highly experienced with players of all levels and is passionate about helping players improve.

The Regent’s Park gates may close earlier than our Sports Centre during the months September to March. Customers can still access the sports facilities via the entrance on York Bridge Road.
If arriving by bicycle, at the front of the Café, you will be able to use our bicycle parking rack to lock your bike up safely. You will need to bring your own padlock.
Whether you’re new to Padel or have played before, if you want to improve your game sign up to an Adult Padel Course. Our Courses will power up your Padel skills by allowing you to learn from a top coach.
