Directly from you, when you complete a booking for an activity from our sports programme, book a court or pitch, and/or subscribe to a benefit card, when you make enquiries on our website, opt-in to marketing communications, when you provide information via our booking system, or when you interact with us in various other ways (for example, when you contact us via phone or email or any other means, when you apply for or enquire about a job vacancy, when you enter a tournament, book a kids party or corporate event, claim a discount at our cafe);
From someone else who has booked or applied for a benefit card subscription on your behalf (for example, a family member, or an independent coach who has booked a court for a private lesson with you);
If you are a supplier, you may also give us personal information about you when you are offering or providing services to us;
From the LTA (for example, where the LTA passes on your details to us in connection with a complaint or query you have raised about our company, or in relation to an LTA-sponsored event or programme).
Via a third-party chat platform that connects users with our customer support team, collecting email addresses and names with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within this application. For more information, please refer to their Privacy Policy and the GDPR Compliance page. Park Sports is not making use of these messages other than to follow up on customer issues or enquiries.

Your CVV number will not be stored and must be re-entered for each booking.
- your dietary and accessibility requirements (if any) if you attend our sites for an event;

- any updates to information provided to us;
- information about the services we provide to you:
  information needed to provide the services to you (including information on contact forms, order details, order history and payment details); and
  client relationship management and marketing information;
- health and safety information, health and medical conditions where you have volunteered this information, including any accidents you have at our sites;
- CCTV recordings, if you visit our sites; and
- information you provide to help us provide you with improved service, for example if we ask you to fill in a survey or questionnaire.

- for CCTV monitoring and other security of our facilities.

We may receive some of your personal information from third party sources, such as your employer or your employer's company website. We may also collect this personal information from publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn.
Information we need to receive the services from you.
Please note that we need certain types of personal information so that you or your employer can provide services to us. If you do not provide us with such personal information, or if you or your employer asks us to delete it, you may no longer be able to provide services to us.

Whatever our relationship with you is, we may also collect, use and store your personal information for the following additional reasons:

to deal with any enquiries or issues you have about how we collect, store and use your personal information, or any requests made by you for a copy of the information we hold about you. We consider that the legal bases for using your personal information as set out in this privacy policy are as follows:

run, grow and develop the Park Sports business;
select appropriately skilled and qualified suppliers;
ensure a safe environment for our staff, attendees at our premises and suppliers;

Sharing your information with others?
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with other organisations for any use other than as set out below.
Personal data collected and processed by us may be shared with the following third parties, where necessary:
- Our employees for the purposes of administering your access to our services, and giving you access to the benefits to which you are entitled
- Our contractors and suppliers for the administration of online and in venue bookings, payment services, customer communication platforms, national sports associations, data storage providers, providers of facilities management services, and procurement of funding for our facilities
- Independent and approved sports coaches with a current Park Sports coaching contract.
- Public agencies and the emergency services if required;
- Companies that assist in our marketing, advertising and promotional activities;
- Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
Any third parties set out above with whom we share your personal information are limited (by law and by contract) in their ability to use your personal information for any purpose other than to provide services for us. We will always ensure that any third parties with whom we share your personal information are subject to privacy and security obligations consistent with this privacy policy and applicable laws.
