These weekly sessions are a great way to complement a course or receive top quality coaching without regularly attending a course. They are a fabulous way to meet players of a similar playing ability.

Drills will focus on specific elements of the game and often include a coffee or drink afterwards so you can socialise and meet other players.

Park Sports offers Cardio Tennis at Lammas Park every Tuesday and Sunday. A group fitness, calorie burning, aerobic and anaerobic workout that has the added heart pumping bonus of using tennis drills and games!

Everyone is welcome, no matter your tennis ability. The class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, and it doesn’t matter whether the ball goes in or out, high or low!
