At The Regent’s Park you can enjoy our Tennis and Padel facilities on a ‘pay & play’ basis, participate in the extensive sports coaching programme, or relax in our friendly café, nestled amongst beautiful open spaces and landscaped gardens. Everyone is welcome!

A fantastic way to train and improve your game. Learn with players of a similar level and get professional coaching advice from experienced LTA qualified coaches.
Weekly Drills are ideal for continuing to improve your game. We offer Weekly Drill coffee mornings, brunches and afternoon 'socials' at many of our venues.
Great for those wanting to receive the coaching benefits of our 6-week regular courses; over two or three days of intensive lessons at Park Sports The Regent's Park.
Private lessons are the fastest way to improve your game. Available as one-to-one or on a small group basis, lessons can be tailored to your individual needs.
Compete in one of our Park Sports Tournaments in a friendly and sociable atmosphere. Often held in an adult doubles format as a special event - guaranteed fun!
If you're an Intermediate or Advanced player who enjoys friendly competition you can apply to represent Park Sports in LTA County League matches.
We offer a unique 'try before you buy' demo racket service on the very latest Tennis and Padel rackets, from the top brands, so that you can buy your next racket with confidence.

At school half-terms and during the Easter and Summer breaks we run a number of highly popular children's tennis camps. We also offer a range of lunches, and cater for a variety of individual dietary needs.
Park Sports works with self-employed, highly experienced, professional LTA qualified tennis and padel coaches who can help you develop your technique and tactical game play.
If you want one-on-one or small group coaching that can be tailored to you, individual private lessons are the best way to improve your game, fast! Private lessons can be provided for all ages and abilities.
9 Facilities
Park Sports The Regent's Park has 12 tennis courts (8 floodlit), 2 floodlit padel courts, and netball facilities. We also have a sports retail shop where you can buy the latest Tennis and Padel rackets, balls and equipment. And you can even ‘try before you buy’ with our exclusive Demo Racket service.
The Regent’s Park gates may close earlier than our Sports Centre during the months September to March. If arriving by bicycle, at the front of the Café, you will be able to use our bicycle parking rack to lock your bike up safely. You will need to bring your own padlock.
