We are looking to recruit a Leisure Assistant to join our well-established team at Hyde Park. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Reponsibilities:

• Greet customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage court, pitch, and course bookings, including handling enquiries and cancellations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in person, via phone and via email.
• Write and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner, addressing enquiries and other administrative tasks.
• Perform spreadsheet work, to include accurate data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including common areas, changing rooms and on court.

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

• Proficient in using email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google sheets).

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
