Creating an Inclusive Environment
At Park Sports, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. We believe in providing equal opportunities for both our customers and staff.
1. Providing accessible 'pay & play' facilities, to be enjoyed by all.
2. Working with local community organisations and charities to increase participation from underserved groups.
3. Offering inclusive sports programmes catering for individuals with disabilities.
4. Implementing policies to prohibit discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
5. Staff onboarding training to help accommodate diverse learning needs.

What is Para-Standing Tennis?
Para-Standing tennis is the format for people with physical impairments who want to play tennis without using a wheelchair. This includes, but not limited to, people with limb loss, limb deficiencies, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries or people of short stature. Source: LTA
Open to PST Classifications 1–4. Bookings can be made via the LTA Tennis Competitions website.
The John James Disability Inclusion Award Winners
At the LTA Middlesex 2025 Awards, Park Sports received The John James Disability Inclusion Award to support our growing inclusivity programme.
The Middlesex Tennis Award, created in partnership with the Dan Maskell Tennis Trust recognises projects that are already making a difference in providing innovative and pioneering tennis opportunities for disabled people.
