Can I purchase a Smartcard Plus for Central London venues?

In Central London, at The Royal Parks, we are no longer able to offer new customers the opportunity of purchasing these types of card. This is due to the very high demand for courts at these venues. We have now increased the standard booking window for tennis and padel from 3 days to 7 days. Existing cardholders at these venues are currently able to renew their cards.

How do I cancel and stop my card renewal?

When you sign up we will ask you to complete a Direct Debit instruction or pay by credit or debit card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed in subsequent years. If you no longer wish to continue with your card subscription you must give us a minimum 14 days’ notice in writing – via email to the local venue that issued your card.

Card Renewals

When renewing your card you will be required to set up a new Park Sports account and to provide us with your Direct Debit instruction or valid credit card information. Full payment is required when subscribing.

Cards will then auto-renew every 12 months unless you inform us you wish to cancel your subscription.

All customers are limited to making one court booking a day at our Central London venues.

Smartcards in West London

Smartcards were withdrawn from our West London venues on December 1st, 2022 and these cardholders were automatically upgraded to the more generous Park Sports Advantage Card.
