Terms & Conditions
A designated player/organiser must first contact a member of the Park Sports Reception Team on arrival. Do not start playing on any grass area beforehand.
Pre-booked activities will always take priority over walk-on casual play. In case of any disputes, please call Park Sports Hyde Park. 0207 225 1625 (Option 2)
Company Branding is not permitted on the Old Football Pitches.
Players must report any injuries to Park Sports. To the extent permitted by law, Park Sports will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during play at Park Sports in any weather/ground conditions.
The Old Football Pitches area cannot be used for sports other than football, softball, rounders, tag rugby, volleyball or frisbee without prior agreement from a member of our management team. Other sports may be approved on a case by case basis.
Balls used for softball or rounders must be ‘soft’ balls and not hard.
Ball games are not permitted to be played near footpaths.
In line with the park bylaws, players must not set up any infrastructure - including a portaloo or gazebo - unless agreed in advance with Park Sports
Alcoholic drinks must not be sold and must only be for consumption by your guests in accordance with the City of Westminster licensing requirements. Anyone drinking alcohol must be over the age of 18. Alcohol should only be consumed in moderation.
Dogs are not permitted on The Old Football Pitches, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
Riding bicycles and scooters is strictly prohibited on The Old Football Pitches area.
